2nds Commerce Appliance Return Policy
1.Eligibility for Returns:
•Our return policy applies to all second-hand appliances purchased from 2nds Commerce.
•Appliances must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2.Condition of Appliances for Return:
•Appliances must be in the same condition as when purchased, including all original accessories and packaging.
•Appliances should not have been modified, damaged, or subjected to improper handling.
3.Reasons for Return:
•We accept returns for the following reasons:
•The appliance does not function as described at the time of purchase.
•The appliance has a significant defect that was not disclosed during the purchase.
•The appliance is incompatible with the customer's specific requirements.
4.Non-Returnable Items:
•For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These include, but are not limited to, water filters and personal care appliances.
5.Return Process:

•If the appliance qualifies for a return, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.7.Return Shipping:
